Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase.  I want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or credit. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It should also be in the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase should be included.  Sorry, but we do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Below is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories.

Refund Process

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return is approved.  If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may happen within a week. 

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will provide information about the return and send a refund to the gift giver.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Sorry, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

 

Remember:  We cannot refund shipping.  Sorry, shipping cost and insurance are non-refundable.
